We used the stunning full HD capabilities of Samsung SUR40 with Microsoft® Pixelsense™ to create a real estate application for Vinci to showcase three of their new residential developments. The application served as a sales tool, effectively detailing and selling properties before they are even built.
The star of the application is the interactive search system, where users view the complex floor by floor and view available units based on size, budget, and various other metrics. Unavailable properties are marked in differing colors, and the database is updated in real time so no agent will ever have outdated properties shown.
A simple touch on a floor plan expands into a detailed map of the unit, with pricing visible to the side. Vinci provided stunning 3D renderings of the exterior, which we integrated with virtual brochures of the complex and neighborhood, including maps, photos, and even videos! The searches and content can easily be saved and shared via email, to boost later sales and serve as a branding device.
