Designed for events facilitating sales and knowledge about a new asthma drug Dulera, AFTER-MOUSE.COM created a pharmaceutical application using the Microsoft® Surface® 1.0 table. The application begins using object recognition, and placing the Microsoft® tag on the table launches the start menu.
Users are presented with a virtual carousel of information, representing all aspects and usages of the drug. The application was deployed worldwide at trade shows, primarily as a sales experience between Merck staff and medical professionals.
We also developed a mini-game with patient case studies, where users are asked to evaluate the patients’ symptoms and give recommendations for treatment. Users drag and drop the virtual patients to the correct side of the Surface® table, and are rewarded with an affirmative or negative response based on their choice, with more detailed information and product recommendations.
