The interactive search engine
Refine the client's search by entering their precise criteria (type of property, price, service area, location, etc.), directly on the table. The application is oriented according to two directions, one dedicated to the estate agent, showing the properties resulting from the search, and the other reserved for client to select an input, with the shopping basket and the waste bin.
The detailed sheets for property
This functionality gives your clients more details concerning properties and lets them see what you are selling in the form of detailed information sheets. The layout of the rooms, terrace, situation, everything is specified in detail, with descriptions, photos and the geographical location of the property in the surrounding area. Your client can also directly check adjacent points of interest.
The shopping basket and the waste bin
An entertaining and user-friendly way for one or more people to sort their future purchases. After saving their selections, your clients can send themselves an e-mail directly from the table. They can also create their e-mail alerts from FNAIM.fr or go directly to your estate-agency site.
News and instruction sheets
This area is entirely dedicated to accessing the FNAIM's instruction sheets. Answers from experts, interviews, news coverage, market trends, property guide, etc. All this information can be shown directly on the table by video (FNAIM TV) and will be accompanied by virtual brochures.
Transferring documentation to USB drives
So that they can keep information about their searches, your clients can directly transfer these documents onto a USB drive with or without you log on it.
